These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vantrau website and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Vantrau," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Vantrau Pty Ltd.
• "User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
• "Camper" refers to a User who uses the Services to design a van build and connect with Builders.
• "Builder" refers to a User who offers van building services through the platform.
• "Content" includes text, images, photos, audio, video, and all other forms of data or communication.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services. By creating an account and using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

As a User of the Services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services.
• Not engage in any activity that could cause damage to the Services, to Vantrau, or to other Users.

5. Builder Responsibilities

If you are a Builder using the Services, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your services, qualifications, and experience.
• Respond to Camper inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Honor the commitments you make to Campers through the platform.
• Maintain appropriate licensing, insurance, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to van building and business operations in your jurisdiction.

6. Camper Responsibilities

If you are a Camper using the Services, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your van build requests.
• Engage with Builders in good faith.
• Understand that Vantrau is a platform connecting Campers with Builders and is not responsible for the quality of work performed by Builders.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to any Content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods.

You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any Content that you submit.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantrau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

10. Changes to the Terms

If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing a notice through the Services, or updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. You may also terminate your access to the Services by deleting your account.
